SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 공식 평가결과와 인증결과를 명확하게 표시할 수 있도록 SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크와 인증제도에 따른 인증마크를 운영한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) operates SEC WFSRI Rating Marks and Certification Marks under its Certification Program to clearly represent official evaluation and certification results.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 해당 평가연도의 공식 Rating을 시각적으로 나타내며, 인증마크는 별도의 인증기준과 절차에 따라 인증을 부여받았다는 사실을 나타낸다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark visually represents the official Rating for the relevant evaluation year, while a Certification Mark indicates that certification has been granted in accordance with separate certification criteria and procedures.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크

I. SEC WFSRI Rating Marks

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 SEC가 공식적으로 확정한 SEC WFSRI Rating을 시각적으로 나타내는 공식 표지이다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating Mark is an official visual identifier representing an SEC WFSRI Rating formally confirmed by SEC.

 

Rating 표시마크는 기업 및 공공기관의 해당 평가연도 Rating을 명확하게 식별하고, 공식 평가결과를 이해관계자와 사회에 전달할 수 있도록 운영한다.

 

Rating Marks are operated to clearly identify the Rating of a corporation or public institution for the relevant evaluation year and to communicate official evaluation results to stakeholders and society.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크의 구분

II. Categories of SEC WFSRI Rating Marks

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크는 공식 5단계 평가등급에 따라 다음과 같이 구분한다.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating Marks correspond to the five official Rating levels as follows.

 

 

AAA (Platinum)

 

AA (Gold)

 

A (Silver)

 

BB (Certified)

 

B (Not Certified)

 

 

각 표시마크는 해당 평가연도에 최종 확정된 SEC WFSRI Rating을 기준으로 관리한다.

 

Each Rating Mark is managed on the basis of the SEC WFSRI Rating finalized for the relevant evaluation year.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. 평가연도의 표시

III. Display of the Evaluation Year

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크에 표시되는 연도는 평가결과가 발표되는 연도가 아니라 해당 평가가 실시된 평가연도를 기준으로 한다.

 

The year displayed on an SEC WFSRI Rating Mark refers to the evaluation year in which the evaluation was conducted, rather than the year in which the evaluation results are announced.

 

예를 들어 2026년도 평가결과가 2027년 2월에 발표되는 경우 해당 Rating 표시마크에는 평가연도인 “2026”을 표시한다.

 

For example, where evaluation results for the 2026 evaluation year are announced in February 2027, the relevant Rating Mark displays “2026,” representing the evaluation year.

 

이를 통해 Rating이 어느 평가연도의 결과에 해당하는지를 명확하게 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

 

This enables the evaluation year to which a Rating applies to be clearly identified.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. Rating 표시마크와 별도 인증마크

IV. Rating Marks and Separate Certification Marks

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크와 별도의 인증제도에 따른 인증마크는 각각의 목적에 따라 구분하여 운영한다.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating Marks and Certification Marks under the separate Certification Program are operated distinctly according to their respective purposes.

 

Rating 표시마크는 SEC WFSRI Rating을 나타내며, 인증마크는 정해진 인증기준과 절차에 따라 별도의 인증을 부여받았다는 사실을 나타낸다.

 

A Rating Mark represents an SEC WFSRI Rating, while a Certification Mark indicates that separate certification has been granted in accordance with established certification criteria and procedures.

 

따라서 특정 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여받았다는 사실만으로 별도의 인증을 부여받은 것으로 보지 않는다.

 

Accordingly, the receipt of a particular SEC WFSRI Rating does not by itself constitute the granting of separate certification.

 

 

 

Ⅴ. BB(Certified) 표시의 의미

V. Meaning of the BB (Certified) Designation

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating의 BB(Certified)는 5단계 공식 평가등급 가운데 하나의 등급명이다.

 

BB (Certified) in the SEC WFSRI Rating is the designation of one of the five official Rating levels.

 

BB 등급의 “Certified”는 해당 Rating의 공식 명칭을 구성하는 표현이며, 별도의 인증제도에 따른 인증을 자동으로 의미하지 않는다.

 

The term “Certified” in the BB Rating forms part of the official designation of that Rating and does not automatically constitute certification under the separate Certification Program.

 

별도의 인증 여부와 인증마크의 부여는 해당 인증제도에서 정한 기준과 절차에 따라 결정한다.

 

Separate certification status and the granting of a Certification Mark are determined in accordance with the criteria and procedures established under the applicable Certification Program.

 

 

 

Ⅵ. 인증마크의 부여

VI. Granting of Certification Marks

 

 

SEC는 별도의 인증기준을 충족하고 정해진 인증절차를 완료하여 인증이 확정된 기업 및 공공기관에 해당 인증제도에 따른 인증마크를 부여할 수 있다.

 

SEC may grant a Certification Mark under the applicable Certification Program to corporations and public institutions whose certification has been confirmed after satisfying established certification criteria and completing the required Certification Process.

 

인증마크는 해당 기업 또는 공공기관이 인증을 부여받았다는 사실을 공식적으로 표시하기 위한 시각표지이며, 인증내용과 적용기간 등 관련 인증정보와 연계하여 관리한다.

 

A Certification Mark is an official visual identifier indicating that a corporation or public institution has been granted certification and is managed in connection with relevant certification information, including certification details and the applicable period.

 

 

 

Ⅶ. 마크와 공식 정보의 관계

VII. Relationship between Marks and Official Information

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 표시마크와 인증마크는 각각 해당 Rating 또는 인증사실을 간결하게 표시하기 위한 시각표지이며, 평가결과 또는 인증정보 전체를 대신하지 않는다.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating Marks and Certification Marks are visual identifiers intended to provide a concise representation of the relevant Rating or certification status and do not substitute for the complete evaluation results or certification information.

 

Rating의 구체적인 내용은 SEC가 공식적으로 공표한 평가결과를 기준으로 확인하며, 인증의 구체적인 내용은 SEC가 공식적으로 공개한 인증정보를 기준으로 확인한다.

 

Specific Rating information is verified on the basis of evaluation results officially disclosed by SEC, while specific certification information is verified on the basis of official certification information disclosed by SEC.

 

 

 

Ⅷ. 마크의 관리

VIII. Management of Marks

 

 

SEC는 Rating 표시마크와 인증마크의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위하여 각 마크의 사용대상과 적용기간 및 사용기준을 정하여 관리한다.

 

SEC establishes and manages eligibility, applicable periods, and usage requirements for Rating Marks and Certification Marks in order to maintain their accuracy and reliability.

 

Rating 또는 인증상태가 변경되거나 적용기간이 종료되는 경우에는 해당 변경사항에 따라 마크의 사용 여부와 범위를 관리한다.

 

Where a Rating or certification status changes or its applicable period expires, the use and scope of the relevant Mark are managed in accordance with the changed status.

 

마크의 사용범위와 표시방법, 디자인 관리, 사용 제한 및 사용중단 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 「인증마크 사용규정」에서 정한다.

 

Specific matters concerning the scope and methods of use, design management, restrictions, and discontinuation of Marks are established under the “Guidelines for the Use of Certification Marks.”
