SEC 인증제도에 따라 확정된 인증정보를 공개하다

Disclosure of Certification Information Confirmed under the SEC Certification Program

 

 

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 정해진 인증기준과 절차에 따라 인증이 확정된 기업 및 공공기관의 인증정보 가운데 공개대상으로 정한 사항을 「인증현황」을 통해 공개한다.

 

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) discloses through “Certification Status” information designated for public disclosure concerning corporations and public institutions whose certification has been confirmed in accordance with established certification criteria and procedures.

 

「인증현황」은 SEC의 공식 인증정보를 확인하기 위한 공개창구이며, 공개되는 정보는 SEC가 최종적으로 확정하고 관리하는 인증정보를 기준으로 한다.

 

“Certification Status” serves as the official public channel for verifying SEC certification information, and all information disclosed is based on certification information finalized and managed by SEC.

 

 

 

Ⅰ. 인증현황의 공개

I. Disclosure of Certification Status

 

 

SEC는 인증이 확정된 기업 및 공공기관 가운데 공개대상에 해당하는 인증정보를 정해진 기준에 따라 공개한다.

 

SEC discloses certification information concerning certified corporations and public institutions that is designated for public disclosure in accordance with established standards.

 

인증현황은 인증제도의 운영결과를 공식적으로 확인할 수 있도록 관리하며, 인증의 신규 부여와 변경·제한·종료 등 인증상태의 변동사항을 반영한다.

 

Certification Status is managed to provide official verification of the results of the Certification Program and reflects changes in certification status, including newly granted, modified, restricted, or expired certifications.

 

 

 

Ⅱ. 공개정보

II. Information Disclosed

 

 

인증현황에서는 공개기준에 따라 다음과 같은 인증정보를 제공할 수 있다.

 

Certification Status may provide the following certification information in accordance with applicable disclosure standards.

 

인증을 부여받은 기업·공공기관의 명칭, 인증의 종류, 적용연도 또는 인증기간, 인증상태 및 인증사실을 확인하는 데 필요한 정보를 공개할 수 있다.

 

Information disclosed may include the name of the certified corporation or public institution, type of certification, applicable year or certification period, certification status, and other information necessary to verify the certification.

 

공개정보의 구체적인 범위는 해당 인증제도에 적용되는 규정과 공개기준에 따라 정한다.

 

The specific scope of disclosed information is determined in accordance with the regulations and disclosure standards applicable to the relevant Certification Program.

 

 

Ⅲ. 연도별 인증현황

III. Certification Status by Year

 

 

인증현황은 인증정보의 적용연도 또는 인증기간을 확인할 수 있도록 연도별로 관리한다.

 

Certification Status is managed by year so that the applicable year or certification period of certification information can be identified.

 

연도별 인증정보를 구분하여 관리함으로써 이용자가 특정 연도에 적용되는 인증상태를 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

 

Certification information is organized by year to enable users to identify the certification status applicable to a specific year.

 

과거 연도의 인증정보와 현재 유효한 인증정보는 서로 혼동되지 않도록 구분하여 제공한다.

 

Certification information from previous years is distinguished from currently valid certification information to prevent confusion between historical and current certification status.

 

 

 

Ⅳ. 인증상태의 확인

IV. Verification of Certification Status

 

 

인증 여부와 인증의 유효성은 SEC가 공식적으로 공개한 인증정보를 기준으로 확인한다.

 

Certification status and validity are verified on the basis of certification information officially disclosed by SEC.

 

기업 또는 공공기관이 자체적으로 게시한 인증서, 인증마크 또는 홍보자료와 SEC가 공개한 공식 인증정보 사이에 차이가 있는 경우에는 SEC의 공식 인증정보를 기준으로 한다.

 

Where there is a discrepancy between a certificate, Certification Mark, or promotional material published by a corporation or public institution and official certification information disclosed by SEC, the official information disclosed by SEC shall prevail.

 

 

 

Ⅴ. Rating 정보와 인증현황의 구분

V. Distinction between Rating Information and Certification Status

 

 

「인증현황」은 별도의 인증제도에 따라 인증이 확정된 기업 및 공공기관의 인증정보를 제공한다.

 

“Certification Status” provides certification information concerning corporations and public institutions whose certification has been confirmed under the separate Certification Program.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating에 관한 공식 평가결과와 연도별 Rating 및 등급현황은 「평가결과」에서 제공한다.

 

Official evaluation results, annual Ratings, and Rating status relating to the SEC WFSRI Rating are provided under “Evaluation Results.”

 

따라서 「인증현황」에 공개되는 인증정보와 「평가결과」에 공개되는 SEC WFSRI Rating 정보는 각각의 제도와 목적에 따라 구분하여 확인한다.

 

Accordingly, certification information disclosed under “Certification Status” and SEC WFSRI Rating information disclosed under “Evaluation Results” are presented and verified separately according to their respective systems and purposes.

 

 

 

Ⅵ. 인증정보의 변경

VI. Changes to Certification Information

 

 

인증이 변경·제한·종료되거나 그 밖에 공개된 인증정보를 변경하여야 할 사유가 발생한 경우에는 정해진 절차에 따라 해당 내용을 인증현황에 반영한다.

 

Where certification is modified, restricted, or expires, or where another circumstance requires a change to disclosed certification information, the relevant change is reflected in Certification Status in accordance with established procedures.

 

인증정보가 변경된 경우에는 변경된 공식 인증상태를 기준으로 인증마크의 사용 여부와 공개정보를 관리한다.

 

Where certification information changes, the use of the Certification Mark and publicly disclosed information are managed on the basis of the revised official certification status.

 

 

 

Ⅶ. 인증현황의 관리

VII. Management of Certification Status

 

 

SEC는 공개된 인증정보의 정확성과 신뢰성을 유지하기 위하여 인증현황을 지속적으로 관리한다.

 

SEC continuously manages Certification Status to maintain the accuracy and reliability of publicly disclosed certification information.

 

인증현황은 인증을 부여받은 기업 및 공공기관의 특정 제품·서비스 또는 개별 사업에 대한 품질이나 성능을 보증하는 정보로 사용하거나 해석하지 않는다.

 

Certification Status shall not be used or interpreted as information guaranteeing the quality or performance of any specific product, service, or individual business activity of a certified corporation or public institution.
